Prepared successful application for $20 million HOPE VI Grant in partnership with The Communities Group www.thecommunitiesgroup.com. Subsequently served as Development Manager/Advisor to the Spartanburg Housing Authority during the redevelopment process for the mixed use, mixed income $90 million redevelopment of former Phyllis Goins distressed public housing project and ten other sites involving 620 rental and homeownership units, commercial and community facilities. Completed in 2009.
